Biography

Dr. Madhup Kumar Mittal received his Ph.D. in 2010 from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, M.Tech. in 2003 from G. B. Pant University, Pantnagar, with first class. He graduated in 1997 from G. B. Pant University, Pantnagar, with first class. His research interests include solar energy and its application in solar desalination, solar air/water heating systems, solar ponds, evacuated tube collectors and techno-economic analysis. He has published his research work in various international/national journals. He has completed one research project on solar desalination sponsored by DST under WTI program. He has supervised 02 PhD and 22 Master’s thesis, and 02 PhD thesis are in-progress under his supervision.
