Biography
Dr. Sujan Kumar Dhali is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (TIET), Patiala. He was a Ph.D. scholar at IIT Kanpur, specializing in robotics. He earned his master’s degree from NIT Warangal and has four years of experience working with robotic systems. Sujan specializes in computer vision, ROS, and SLAM systems. He is conducting research on improving SLAM by reducing the influence of dynamic objects. He has created various robotic systems, such as robotic hands and mobile robots for autonomous navigation. Beyond his studies, Sujan enjoys exploring new technologies and solving engineering problems.
