Biography
Dr. Sudhir Kumar, an Assistant Professor (Research) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (TIET), Patiala, is a dedicated researcher in Additive Manufacturing, 3D & 4D Printing, has expertise in feedstock filament development for 3D printing, polymer synthesis, material characterization, piezoeelcetric nano generator and flexible electronics application of advanced materials. His research focuses on enhancing the field of polymeric and ceramic composites and their characterization for Additive Manufactruing in structural, non-structural, biomedical and flexible electronics applications. Passionate about developing and characterizing efficient advanced materials using different optimization techniques. A strong background in academic research, complemented by industrial experience and publications in reputed international journals.
